Who is Gregory Simpe Asante

With over 35 years of international business development experience across industries, Mr. Gregory Simpe-Asante is a seasoned business development and enablement trainer. He combines entrepreneurial drive with proven business development and concept creation ensuring business ideas come to fruition.  

His knowledge and expertise in sales management across industries has equipped him with immense insight into the challenges faced with today’s business regarding growth and sustainability. Gregory’s focus is on revenue generation and strategies to ensure healthy bank balances for SME’s and large corporations alike ensuring differentiated positions with products and services.  

Gregory’s specialization is in new business development in major markets and industries. he is known for providing revolutionary sales and marketing strategies that which includes training, implementing, supporting and re-enforcing his developed strategies as he engages business with a clearly well-defined business framework that enables companies’ fast growth and profitability.  

Gregory believes in practical hands-on support after training, which is a key differentiator in his business development service offering. Mr. Simpe-Asante was recognized and awarded by the Institute of Sales Management (ISM) UK the center status in Ghana for Africa in accrediting corporate sales professionals with Diploma, Certificates and Awards in sales from 2017 to 2020.  Gregory is an advocate for the sales industry in ensuring value, recognition is placed on the sales professional as he sees this as a critical role in business.   He is passionate and committed to business education and training.  

Gregory has developed trained several strategic sales programs across the following industries, the financial sector, training and ISM accrediting front line sales and marketing banking staff in Ghana in partnership with the National Banking College of Ghana, the Ghana Insurance College where he trained and supported over 120 insurance sales managers across the insurance industry in Ghana.  

Undoubtedly, he has worked with huge corporations such as MTN AYO, the Business & Financial Times Newspaper, Ghana’s leading business media house, Petra Pensions, Regent University among others, creating youth employment opportunities he has placed over 3000 youth in employment through the Corporate Passport Program. Finally, internationally, Gregory consulted for the Afro Carribean Chamber of Commerce (ACCCNI) as the Chief Operating Officer. He developed business ideas, supporting and ensuring African businesses in Northern Ireland (Belfast) were well recognized. He published the only ethnic minority magazine (ASPIRE) showcasing the unique contributions ethnic minority business contribute to the local economy in Northern Ireland.
